Accurate tension drafting eliminates issues like lap shrinkage and slippage. It ensures smooth feeding and stable operation at higher speeds. Frequent damage to the swiveling fleece is also effectively reduced. This upgrade guarantees better drafting fault prevention overall.

Drafting System Modification
LK54 TO LK69

The modified design is more user-friendly and ensures better performance. Nylon material is now used at both ends of the sliver guide. The fleece guide width is improved from 8mm to 13mm for stability. These enhancements improve the system’s overall durability and efficiency.
